Agreements with universities and institutions

The Department of the Vice-President for International and Institutional affairs manages agreements with universities and other public and private institutions. The administrative steps required to complete the procedure for setting up any such agreement are detailed below:

  • STEP 1: Download the relevant agreement model.
  • STEP 2: Download the agreement report model.
  • STEP 3: Download the application for the mandatory report on agreements.

  • STEP 5: In some cases, the agreement will need to be checked and approved by the corresponding Vice-president.
  • STEP 6: Once the agreement has been drawn up, the Department of the Vice-president for International and Institutional Affairs will send it to the General Secretary or Administrator for processing and, where necessary, subsequent legal consultations.
  • STEP 7: Should the Legal Services Department issue an unfavourable report, the applicant will be advised in order for any defects to be corrected.
  • STEP 8: Once the Agreement has received a favourable report, or any defects have been corrected, the official date for signature by the Institution will be fixed.
